Introduction

College of Culinary and Hospitality management (CCHM) Chitwan, located at the centre of the city, Lions Chowk, Narayanghat is a renowned and prestigious hotel training institution aimed at providing hotel management and culinary training since its establishment. It concentrates at providing quality training on various departments of a hotel like Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service and Food production (Kitchen) so as to compete in the national and international hospitality market. We also provide customized industry based trainings. CCHM intends to impart the competitive knowledge, skill and attitude to the students so that they can serve at their best in various sectors of hospitality and catering services. Our professional and dedicated faculty members season our students with best hospitality culture. Each class consists of limited number of students, which guarantees personal attention and encourages interaction and open dialogue. We also focus on individual personality development and provide one to one career counseling throughout the course.


CCHM is affiliated with Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) and technically supported by European Technical and Vocational Academy (ETVA) and is associated with various international chain hotels for industrial training and placement at national and international level. It basically provides two courses i.e. DIPLOMA IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT (DHM) and DIPLOMA IN CULINARY ARTS (DCA) which are of 6 months duration along with one year paid internship in various five star hotels nationally and internationally. It also offers various training on coffee making (Barista), Bar Tending (Mixology), Bakery, and other short term training as per the need of the candidate.
